Oonagh English | Stress Strategist

Hi, I’m Oonagh and I teach high achievers sustainable solutions for stress and anxiety so that they can achieve their dreams without compromising their health.

My Story:

I struggled with anxiety and depression in my late teens which seriously impacted my quality of life, my relationships with others and even my physical health and wellbeing. It got to a point where I was too afraid to leave my room and I missed out on classes and was in danger of failing the year.

I was pretty much surviving on cigarettes and kebabs and I was miserable all the time. I thought everyone was talking about me behind my back. I would feel so overwhelmed at social gatherings and end up cancelling at the last minute or just not showing up. I would end up lying all the time because I was so terrified that people would reject the real me. I felt so overwhelmed by simple tasks like changing my sheets, cooking dinner or making a simple phone call. It sucked big time!

Now I run a successful business, have multiple qualifications, nourishing relationships and I can honestly say that I enjoy life.

How did I get there?

I stopped trying to get rid of my problems and started dealing with them. I made peace with myself and my fear. I started nourishing my body with delicious and nutritious food and energising movement. I created an environment that inspired thriving rather than just surviving. I found my passion and a direction for my life and I let go of trying to be perfect.

Did I do this on my own? Absolutely not! I got a lot of support. I spoke to people who listened to me and what I needed and coached me every step of the way.

This experience is what inspired me to empower and support others to manage their anxiety and achieve their dreams whatever they may be.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients succeed. My mission is to help as many people as possible to live a happy and fulfilling life.
